The newly renovated Golf & Country Club is perched on the cliffs at the Punta su Torrione with magnificent views across the surrounding countryside and out to sea. It is 12 kilometres from the famous beach La Pelosa and the beautiful fishing village of Stintino where you can take a boat to the Asinara island and protected marine park around it.
The Club comprises a main complex with shops, bars and restaurants set out around squares, lakes and two swimming pools. From here a little train runs to the nearest beach “le Saline” every 15 mins.
The villa is semi detached and conveniently situated 5 mins walk from the main complex. The garden is equipped with outside shower, barbeque and a covered terrace where you can eat and relax. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, bathroom, one double bedroom and a living/dining room with French windows overlooking the garden. On the first floor there is a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a double sofa bed. The villa also has air conditioning and a digital TV washing machine and microwave oven.
