The house is situated along the coast, just after Cagliari’s famous Poetto beach, in the residential area of Margine Rosso, about 8 km from the centre of Cagliari, easily reached from the port and airport.
The house is 150m from the sea near the Torre Foxi, and near the Molentargius park which is home to the flamingos and many other species of wildlife.
If you continue along the coast going away from Cagliari youfind a truly spectacular choice of beaches including Kala e’ Moru, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas and Villasimius. Further on is Cala Sinzius and Costa Rei.
The house is newly renovated, on two floors with modern fittings, air conditioning and a garden with barbeque, sink and outdoor chairs and table. The ground floor comprises a living area which looks out onto the garden, kitchenette and bathroom with box power shower.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and bathroom with shower.
